I am so glad you are here!

Hi! My name is Jenny Carven and I created my youth wellness program, Carven Love, to help teach the youth to be kind and respectful to themselves, others and their environment. In this practice, we move our bodies, expand our minds, learn breathing techniques and coping skills, we journal (or color for the littles), reset ourselves, get out the wiggles, chat together but most importantly, we have FUN! My main goal is for everyone who joins me to know and understand their own strength and worth. Investing in your child's mental health is a choice you will never regret! Much love to all.
