In a world that seems to be going crazy, I truly believe in my heart that there is much more good than we are aware of. So often we hear about disasters or bad things that have happened, that our brain gets fixated on it and then it makes us fear others, believe all is evil and push people away but it doesn't have to be this way. The more good news, and positive, "love thy neighbor" experiences we share, the more love and positivity we can spread. No matter what you beliefs, it has been a long year and a half for all.
So pay it forward and remember everyone is going through their own battle. BE KIND! Here are a few examples to spread love. Use it as a checklist and add more in the comments.

We are all doing our best to hold it together, to push through and to live the best life that we can create. Be patient with one another, remember that every phase is temporary, pay it forward and be kind. Look around and enjoy... there is so much beauty in the world.
